In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Bio Ionic is voluntarily recalling certain batches of One-Inch Long Barrel Curling Iron Unit Model LXT-CL-1.0/ Box Model Z-FGTST-CL-1.0 . with date codes 0722 through 1223. No other models or date codes are affected. 

Hazard:
The barrel of the iron on the affected batches may snap and detach, posing a potential burn hazard.

Units Affected:
This recall involves the Bio Ionic One-Inch Long Barrel Curling Iron – Unit Model LXT-CL-1.0/ Box Model Z-FGTST-CL-1.0 with date codes 0722 through 1223.

To identify if you have an affected product, please refer to the date code on the prong of the plug. If the date code is between 0722 and 1223 and the rating label on the barrel of the iron shows Model NO: LXT-CL-1.0  your unit is affected by the recall Please immediately stop using the recalled curling iron and register for a free replacement.  If your product’s date code is outside of this range or your iron shows a different model number, it is not affected.
