It dries hair fast by using more air pressure and less heat for an overall healthier dry.

Is it safe for all hair types, including fine, curly, or color-treated hair?

Yes! We love this for fine and medium textures especially.

How do I clean the filter and keep airflow strong?

When it’s time to clean, the dryer will alert you automatically: all three speed lights will flash simultaneously for about five seconds. During this brief alert, you can’t change settings. After about six seconds, the dryer returns to its last saved setting and functions as normal until you complete the auto-clean.

What is the warranty period and what does it cover?

Great lightweight, but

"Easy to use and lightweight. The only bad thing is I’ve had to have it replaced twice. The concentrator became too loose to stay on the end of the blow dryer. And the second time it stopped blowing out warm air. It has an amazing warranty however it is an inconvenience to have to pay to have it shipped back in order to have a new one replacing it. I will add, customer service is amazing with this company."
