Return Policy offers a 30-day, money-back, satisfaction guarantee on all of its products. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, simply return your product as described below within 30 days of the original order delivery date.

To be eligible for refund, your product must be returned in its original box in new (unused) condition, and the return shipment must be postmarked within 30 days of the original order delivery date. For more information, see “How to Return Your Order” below.

Products purchased from any of our retail partners are eligible only for exchange with Bio Ionic under our manufacturer warranty. For refunds you will need to go directly to the retailer.



If your product arrives damaged or is missing, please report it as soon as possible through our online returns portal and select the “damaged or missing item” reason code.

For items received damaged, please retain the original shipping box, packing materials and the item for inspection. We may request you send a photo of the damage to accelerate our investigation.

BioIonic will provide a FedEx return shipping label via the portal. A return handling fee of $5.99 will be deducted from your refund. If you wish to return the item for store credit, the return handling fee will be waived.

Please properly package your return to prevent damage in transit. Use the original BioIonic packaging if available. Gifts with purchase and like promotional items are ineligible for refund.


Upon inspection and approval of your return, we will refund your purchase using the original payment method, minus the $5.99 return handling fee. Please allow up to 14 business days from the time your return is received for the merchandise return credit to be processed.
