Please follow the instructions below to return your product for inspection.

1. Carefully pack your product for shipment to our warranty service center. Use the original product packaging if possible, and be sure to include your unique claim number. (Feel free to print and enclose this page.)
2. Send the return package to the following address: Bio Ionic Warranty Service Center Attn: Claims 357 Mill Road Staten Island, New York 10306 For your protection, we recommend you use a registered delivery service (UPS, FedEx, USPS) insured to the product value.
Be sure to reference your unique warranty claim number on the address label, and make sure no other tracking labels are showing on the outside of your package.
You will receive an email when your claim has been reviewed. Make sure your junk email filters are not blocking emails from bioionic.com. You can also view the status of your claim at any time by logging in to your BioIonic.com account.
