"I wanted a compact dryer for day to day and travel use that was going to last me for years. This little dryer is everything I wanted. Adjustable temps and intensity, and the adapters are super convenient without leaving the kit bulky. Love love love."
"While this is the most expensive blow dryer I have ever purchased, I do like it overall. I have very fine, color treated hair so investing in a good one is key. It took me a few uses to get used to it, because it is vastly different than my old one. I like the feature of locking the buttons, because simply holding it, I find myself constantly hitting the buttons. For its size it's pretty powerful and I like the feature of folding it for travel. I also appreciate the accessories (different heads) that come with it. It is an investment, but so far so good. I hope it lasts me a very long time."
"I was looking for a new, higher end, blow dryer to replace the cheap one I’ve had for the last 15 years and splurged on this one - this is my first purchase from bio ionic (and will be my last!) yes, the dryer is very light weight and compact - great for traveling, however I kept hitting the buttons while I was trying to dry my hair and it didn’t seem to shave off much of my dry time (I don’t have very thick hair) when I reached out to customer support to return the item they were so rude and I learned you can’t return any items unless they are “unused” so if you pay $300 for a blow dryer you have to decide if you want to keep it or not without using it. overall: the product is overpriced, customer support was bad, and the return policy is absurd. if you want to be a luxury brand then act like one."
"The on/off switch on this dryer is a big negative. Given you have to twist it on and off it makes it very difficult if you dry your hair in sections. Had I know that was the case, I would have picked a different model."
"I don’t understand why as a big company as this is they require the customer to cover the shipping for a defective product they created. But if they can’t resolve your issue the product STAYS with them. How does that make sense? Your return policy needs to me updated"
"My hair stylist recently bought this hair dryer and I noticed how much softer and smoother my hair was after the styling, and it’s always good after my appointment so knowing this was even better I finally bought my own. After my first use, I noticed the same results (noting that I dry my hair in sections for best results). My hair is a little curly and frizzy if it dries naturally (which I would never go out in public that way!). I am really happy with this purchase."
"Okay, overall this has been a great investment. I love that it folds up, is easy to travel with, and is SO easy to use. The attachments are awesome, so easy to use and can handle being dropped without breaking the defuser. My only complaint is that is has kind of a higher pitched sound than my last hair dryer, and as someone with chronic migraines, it hits right in an borderline uncomfortable register for me. If you're sensitive to sounds. . might not be for you but if you have long hair, and need a bomb hair dryer, this will absolutely be a good investment."
"I don’t like the on off switch. You can’t use one hand since you must twist. I keep it on and lay it on a towel. Would prefer a switch. Also, it’s not as powerful as I’d like. The plus is that it’s light and good for travel."
