"I don’t understand why as a big company as this is they require the customer to cover the shipping for a defective product they created. But if they can’t resolve your issue the product STAYS with them. How does that make sense? Your return policy needs to me updated"
"My hair stylist recently bought this hair dryer and I noticed how much softer and smoother my hair was after the styling, and it’s always good after my appointment so knowing this was even better I finally bought my own. After my first use, I noticed the same results (noting that I dry my hair in sections for best results). My hair is a little curly and frizzy if it dries naturally (which I would never go out in public that way!). I am really happy with this purchase."
"Okay, overall this has been a great investment. I love that it folds up, is easy to travel with, and is SO easy to use. The attachments are awesome, so easy to use and can handle being dropped without breaking the defuser. My only complaint is that is has kind of a higher pitched sound than my last hair dryer, and as someone with chronic migraines, it hits right in an borderline uncomfortable register for me. If you're sensitive to sounds. . might not be for you but if you have long hair, and need a bomb hair dryer, this will absolutely be a good investment."
"I don’t like the on off switch. You can’t use one hand since you must twist. I keep it on and lay it on a towel. Would prefer a switch. Also, it’s not as powerful as I’d like. The plus is that it’s light and good for travel."
