"I thought this would be better at smoothing out my hair without the leaving ridges. It has to do with the plates and pressure distribution; especially, if I try to curl my hair with it. I've had other straighteners that give me a smoother finish. It's still a good, just not what I expected for the price."

Made my hair look/feel very shiny in comparison to my old hair straightener (different brand). I usually use my straightener to curl my hair as well & it worked great for that too. No complaints here. Very happy with the product & my hair as a result of it."

"For the price, very unimpressed with the tool. I also purchased the 1” long barrel curling iron with this and LOVE it, but the flat iron is disappointing. I have to do 2-3 passes to get the “straight” result and that is using heat protectant and small sections. So disappointed ☹️"
