"Unless I got a lemon, the quality has decreased since I bought my last One Pass in 2014 or 2015 which is very disappointing considering the price. The silicone strips are supposed to prevent hair from getting caught, but I've changed my technique to see if it's user error and it is not. I have fine hair and have a lot of it and use the recommended temp settings for my hair type."
I wish I loved it
"I was sooo hoping to love it. I did a lot of research because I was willing to spend more for a quality product. Bio Ionic seemed to have great reviews, quality product , specific mechanics, so I jumped on a sale they had. While all of those factors may still be true, the model I bought seems clunky and difficult to navigate despite having 3 buttons. ha! user error perhaps. I can’t speak to how well it worked because i decided to return it. I had buyers remorse despite it being a pretty good deal! I’m mid 40s and my hair has recently become very brittle and dry. so it’s a bit of a sore subject for me, at no fault of theirs. My life story and a review"

"Since I keep getting prompted to leave a review, here goes. My last One Pass lasted me over 10 years but recently kicked the bucket. I bought another brand but it simply was not the same quality I was used to with Bio Ionic, so I caved and bought another One Pass. To my surprise, the little silicone strips pull my fine hair quite a bit more than they did with my previous model. Glad to have bought this while on sale, but definitely not super satisfied."

"I have been a customer for many years. I use to buy the products from my hair salon. I bought this for flat iron directly from your website. First I found it odd the it came in a plain box with no company logo. Then I open the box and find that the flat iron box is in a plastic bag with a yellow UPC label on it. This is a clear indication that this product did not come directly from Bio Ionic but rather from another warehouse such as Amazon. It is also a clear indication that you mailed me a previously returned, probably already used product. Extremely disappointed. You’ve lost a very loyal customer. I who be returning the item"

"This worked no better than the $40 straightener I’ve been using. It snags my hair more than any other straightener I’ve used! It required multiple passes and didn’t significantly reduce frizz. I’d send it back after one use but I can’t because the 30-day money back satisfaction guarantee requires that the product be returned new. If I don’t try it how do I know if I’m satisfied with the product?!? Next time I will read the fine print on the return policy. Buyer beware."
