Customer service lied to me!
"Very disappointing customer service! I purchased a 1. 25 curling iron with a discount code of 35%. I submitted a return with store credit so I could purchase a smaller 1 inch instead but the promo code did not work so I called customer service. I spoke with a nice lady and she said she would change my return to the amount of $113. 37 minus shipping to my credit card. She also said if I purchase a 1 inch at full price and call her back the next day with the new order that she would honor the 35% off I received on the first order I sent back. So today I called and they would NOT honor the 35% off she promised. I asked them to immediately cancel my order that I made last night and this RUDE person said she would try but can’t guarantee. So basically they lied to me to get me to order another smaller curling iron at full price which at full price is $174. 41. What a scam! All I wanted to do is exchange the larger curling iron that was too big for a smaller one and I had to go through all this anguish and now I won’t even have a curling iron I needed for my cruise. Worst customer service ever. Beware!!!!!!"
