"My hairdresser always used this curling iron. I got a new job and have finally been able to purchase it. it is so wonderful! I can't see myself needed any other curling iron ever! I also have very hard to stay curled hair and it has been staying for work with this iron!"
"I’m disappointed more than anything. This curling iron does not heat my hair in a way that the curls or styling stay longer than an hour. And it’s not my hair because I have other curling irons, like Conair, that actually heat my hair in a way that it stays curled. I use the same hair products too and when I use this curling iron, it doesn’t hold. Looks pretty for the first hour and then it goes flat. My friend also has the same issue. Personally, a big waste of my money that I’ll never get back."

"Zero stars! First attempt to use and it won’t turn on! 1 in long barrel and not in recall since date on prong 0326. Just submitted for return after i registered it. And I get charged for the return!? Needed to use for my daughter’s wedding and needed time to practice using for weeks before the Oct 18 destination wedding but now I’m scrambling. Extremely disappointed!!"

"The BioIonic Long Barrel Curling Iron works great at home, but I specifically purchased it for a trip to Asia because it is advertised as dual voltage. Unfortunately, it burned out within minutes of turning it on in Vietnam, leaving me without the tool I had bought for the trip. I then had to pay $20 to UPS to ship it back so BioIonic could verify that it was faulty. They did replace it, which I appreciate, but I am still out the original purchase price plus an additional $20 in return shipping for a defective product. For the price, I expected reliable performance and a warranty process that would not leave me paying extra. Great results at home, but a disappointing travel experience and an added expense that should not have been mine to cover."

"I replaced an old 3/4" curling iron with the Bio Ionic Long Barrel curling iron and love the way it works so gently and effectively. Easy to use and I love the extra 2 inches with my long hair- makes curling so easy. . I have both the blow dryer and now the 1" curling iron. I love this brand- originally introduced to me by my hair dresser who knows her stuff. I'm so happy with it!"
