"Absolutely the BEST hairdryer around. I have thick, curly hair that I dry straight so need a dryer that gets hot. This is the only one I have found that gets as hot as it needs to in order to straighten my hair. It dries my hair and half the time any other dryer would. Not only is it a great dryer, but the customer service and warranty is amazing!!"
"New design is awful. It does not dry the same as the old model. The control buttons were moved to opposite side of heat and fan buttons. Hard to turn on and off. I HATE this hairdryer."
"My dryer unfortunately quit working while I was on vacation. When I contacted Bio-Ionic I realized that, through a misunderstanding of my own making, I did not register my blow dryer when I bought it a few years ago. Nonetheless Bio-Ionic stood by their product and honored their warranty by replacing my “dead” blow dryer with a brand new one."

"I have purchased quite few blow dryers in my lifetime, even the Dyson version. I have really thick hair and it’s difficult to find products that’s actually work and deliver on their promise. I love that this blow dryer is light weight. I love the multiple settings whether I’m blow drying my curtain bangs or my entire head of hair. In addition, one of my favorite functions is the lock, once you choose your setting, you can continue drying without worrying you’ll accidentally shut the machine off. AND it really delivered on drying my hair fast. Seriously, I love it and it’s pretty lol."
"Very noisy (above 90db at times). Controls very small and hard to see, and situated so that the hand holding the dryer often hit them inadvertently, changing setting unintentionally while using. PLEASE DO NOT USE MY NAME OR IDENTIFYING INFO."
"This blowdryer is AMAZING! I’ve had mine for 8 years now & just started getting a little bit of power issues. I bought another to be safe but then my old one started working normal again. THIS THING LASTSSSS & is super light weight yet VERY powerful. I highly recommend this over any other blowdryer & 1000x more over the over hyped Dyson lol"
"It does look beautiful, I will give them that… But as far as performance, it is not a hot as the other dryer even on the highest of setting. Making my guests blowouts take twice as long. Doesn’t give the beautiful shine the first one does… The buttons …. . are so sensitive if your fingers are remotely near them they change. I just want to exchange this one for the older model."
"Love this dryer been using for years but this new upgrade with the on/off on the back with the lock button actually doesn’t really work. Everytime I go to use it the temp is either off even while in use. And that cold shot is so sensitive it’s crazy really slowing me down. Been on search for a new dryer very sad"
