Can't diffuse with this dryer

"I really want to like this blow-dryer, but as a curl specialist I'm incredibly disappointed with it. There's barely a difference between the speed settings, making it almost impossible for me to properly diffuse someone's hair without it causing frizz and flyaways. It does a decent job on blowouts, not as good as my older 10x but is still quicker and more lightweight than most blow-dryers. However not being able to use it on curls has almost entirely defeated the point of this purchase for me."

Drier stopped working after 30 days

"My dryer stopped working after 30 days. To be specific on day 31, so one day past the return window. I put in a warranty request so we could half ago. I’ve gotten no response. So I have no working hairdryer and I’m out hundreds of dollars."

Do not buy this product.

"Bad. I had this blowdryer a yr. It will only go on medium and low. When I move it to high it just goes on low speed. I have called and emailed about this and nobody will do anything about it. For a 324. 00 blowdryer, this should not happen. I’m a hair stylist so I obviously use this all day long. I’m very very disappointed and do not recommend this. I’ll just stick to Babyliss products. They have never failed me."

Absolutely the BEST hairdryer around.

"Absolutely the BEST hairdryer around. I have thick, curly hair that I dry straight so need a dryer that gets hot. This is the only one I have found that gets as hot as it needs to in order to straighten my hair. It dries my hair and half the time any other dryer would. Not only is it a great dryer, but the customer service and warranty is amazing!!"

Awful new design

"New design is awful. It does not dry the same as the old model. The control buttons were moved to opposite side of heat and fan buttons. Hard to turn on and off. I HATE this hairdryer."

Excellent customer service

"My dryer unfortunately quit working while I was on vacation. When I contacted Bio-Ionic I realized that, through a misunderstanding of my own making, I did not register my blow dryer when I bought it a few years ago. Nonetheless Bio-Ionic stood by their product and honored their warranty by replacing my “dead” blow dryer with a brand new one."
