Defective item and horrible customer service
"I spent $283 on this straightener, and it arrived defective. From the moment I turned it on, it displayed an error message and would not work. I immediately sent photos and videos documenting the issue and returned the product the very next day. What followed was some of the worst customer service I've experienced. I requested an overnight return label due to receiving a defective product, but they refused and only provided ground shipping. I repeatedly asked to speak with a manager and was told no. I also requested a replacement, but they refused to send one until they received the defective item—even after I provided proof that it had already been shipped back. Now, three weeks later, I still do not have a replacement. For a company selling premium-priced products, the lack of urgency, accountability, and basic customer care is unacceptable. Receiving a defective product is frustrating enough; being treated this way afterward is beyond tacky. I would not recommend this company based on either the product quality or the customer service experience."
