"I like how this iron is light weight, after straightening my hair for more than an hour my arm does not feel tired because of the weight. Its a bit annoying when my hand accidentaly turns off the iron by touching the button. Ive travelled to lots of different countries with different voltages and ive had no problem using it."

"I spent $283 on this straightener, and it arrived defective. From the moment I turned it on, it displayed an error message and would not work. I immediately sent photos and videos documenting the issue and returned the product the very next day. What followed was some of the worst customer service I've experienced. I requested an overnight return label due to receiving a defective product, but they refused and only provided ground shipping. I repeatedly asked to speak with a manager and was told no. I also requested a replacement, but they refused to send one until they received the defective item—even after I provided proof that it had already been shipped back. Now, three weeks later, I still do not have a replacement. For a company selling premium-priced products, the lack of urgency, accountability, and basic customer care is unacceptable. Receiving a defective product is frustrating enough; being treated this way afterward is beyond tacky. I would not recommend this company based on either the product quality or the customer service experience."
"For the price I thought I was going to LOVE this more than I loved my T3. I do like the Bioionic and it does work well . We get used to using a product and get comfortable with how it handles. I believe once I am comfortable with the Bioionic styling iron I will love it just as much."

"I love this flat iron. Works great, doesn’t fry my hair. I didn’t register it and after 6 months it stopped working. I contacted customer service and they walked me through the registration, then packed it up and shipped it to them. They replaced it immediately! So happy!!"

"The flat iron works really great! However I purchased 1 for my mom 2 years ago for personal use so at most used on 1 head of hair every other day for 1. 5-2Yrs & her on/off button broke. I contacted did contact the for the warranty however it has been over a month & I have received no response. I ordered this new one and paid for it. Disappointed in customer service or lack there of."
