"I’m really disappointed with the “new and improved” blow dryer. I’ve been using this brand for over 15 years, and honestly, it’s nothing like the original. It doesn’t get nearly as hot, it takes so much longer to dry my clients’ hair, and even then, the hair still feels damp. The original was such a great blow dryer, so it’s frustrating to see the quality change this much. I really hope this gets addressed because I’ve always loved this brand."
"Bought it to replace my older version, which broke, and so disappointed. It does not heat up to the same level - this version gets significantly less hot. Second thing is the cold shot button is poorly placed on the handle and more sensitive than previous versions. So you end up hitting it accidentally often. Very disappointed that I can’t get the same blow dryer as a replacement to an older version. Still lightweight and appreciate the 2nd nozzle head like a brush. But will be returning it."
"Love this power of this hair dryer, and the weight is great. I do notice the temp and force control buttons are sensitive and located right on the inside of the handle, thus I often if not always accidentally press them and cause unintended changes. If they were switches instead of buttons, would be less likely to misadjust."
"I've had a bioionic hairdryer for the last 8 yrs and I've loved it! I needed it replaced and got the 10x again and they had upgraded the buttons and look but works amazing just like the old one. It's sleeker and easier to use than the older version. Very happy with it!"

"Warranty claim was submitted and I was pleased with customer service. The new replacement dryer has spec changes with on/off switch and cool setting. I did not favor the on/off switch move to the back of the handle, but not a huge deal. I like the results of healthier hair and no frizz."
"I have tried SOOO many hairdryers. This one gives me the smooth, frizz free blowout I have been searching for. My hair is gray, and color treated so the texture is frizzy, plus the humidity in Florida doesn’t help. It’s pricey, but has been money well spent."
"I wanted to love this but. . . As a stylist who needs a blowdryer I feel comfortable using on multiple clients a day, this is just NOT it. The grip of this feels very uncomfortable and unnatural, it's almost square like rather than their other blow dryers. Gave me awful carpal tunnel all day long after just one use. I've owned other bio ionic tools before including blow dryers and this by far is the worst design. It works great in the way that it operates and is light-weight but not worth the price for how painful your hand feels by the end of the day. Not practical for stylist use day-to-day."
