"I really wanted to love this, however, my hair just slips through the barrel and it does not curl my hair. I bought a texturizing spray and it helped a little bit but within 2 hours my curl was entirely gone. I am disappointed as this brand was a recommendation from a friend."

"Quick working shortly after warranty was up. It worked one day and didn’t the next. Will not power on. Of course I called and they refused to replace it. Too expensive of a tool to only last a year. Very disappointing."
