The one thing I think they can improve on is the peices that it has to stand the iron up when not in use. It’s not long enough so it’s not secure enough to stand on its own and I worry about burning the countertop so I have to still put a silicone mat under"

"I bought the bio bionic after I saw so many reviews raving about it. I have now tried it at least 10 times and my curls never last more than 30-60 minutes. I’ve been curling my hair for years and have always been someone who’s hair holds curl well and who can sleep on their curls for 1 to 2 days and I’ll still have a pretty decent curl in my hair even after brushing. But with the bio ionic, my curls aren’t even lasting an hour. I’ve tried different products and different techniques and nothing seems to work. Also, this is the only hair tool that I’ve ever tried that seems to make my hair smell burnt, even though I use other hot tools on a higher heat setting and have never experienced that. I was going to return it before the 30 days but was told they don’t accept returns once used. Truly a terrible curling iron and I wish I never bought it."
