"I replaced an old 3/4" curling iron with the Bio Ionic Long Barrel curling iron and love the way it works so gently and effectively. Easy to use and I love the extra 2 inches with my long hair- makes curling so easy. . I have both the blow dryer and now the 1" curling iron. I love this brand- originally introduced to me by my hair dresser who knows her stuff. I'm so happy with it!"

"I LOVE that you can lock the temperature in so that you're not accidentally toggling it up or down during use because the buttons are where your hand is. I also love the long barrel and that my hair doesn't smell burnt or appear fried after using this curling iron (leave-in conditioner and heat protectant helps, obviously). This is the curling iron my hair stylist used on me."

"I never like to leave bad reviews, but at this point, I feel I must. I ordered and paid for the bio ionic hair curler in mid July and was emailed it was on the way, then then that it had been delivered… but it never arrived. I can understand possible shipping issues, but what is unacceptable is that after I emailed the company’s customer service/help department THREE different times (August 5, 9, and 11), I have yet to hear back from the company. Nothing. Silence. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I am going to try one more time because hope springs eternal and I don’t want to lose the over $130 I was charged. At the very least, a response would have been sent to me by any reputable company."

The one thing I think they can improve on is the peices that it has to stand the iron up when not in use. It’s not long enough so it’s not secure enough to stand on its own and I worry about burning the countertop so I have to still put a silicone mat under"
